The Fallbrook Chapter of the St. Vincent de Paul Society
(SVDP) is a
charitable organization dedicated to serving people in need, regardless of race,
religion or nationality. SVDP offers assistance to those in our community who
need temporary assistance.

WHAT WE'VE DONE
- Donated over $8,000 to the Fallbrook Community Project
& People to People
- Helped over 100 individuals in need of assistance for
temporary shelter, food, emergency medical expenses, transportation, visits
to shut-ins and person-to-person services by members of SVDP.
- Created a $10,000 scholarship program for Fallbrook area
graduation high school seniors in need of assistance for college or
vocational school.
- Hold FREE monthly luncheons for seniors, featuring food,
games and social activities.
- Provide clothing, furniture and food for those in need as
well as sent surplus clothing items to orphanages in Mexico.
- Bought an extensive Books on Tape library for shut-ins.
- Soup kitchen provides hundreds of meals monthly to those in
need.
- Dental Clinic open two Saturdays a month for low-income
families.
WHAT WE WANT TO DO
- Expand the scope of our services.
- Provide temporary housing on winter nights for those who
are homeless in our community
- Remodel Dental and Medical Clinic to be able to accommodate
more individuals.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
- VOLUNTEER - Work at our thrift shop or help make meals for
the Soup Kitchen
- DONATE QUALITY USED FURNITURE & COLLECTIBLES TO OUR
THRIFT SHOP!
